  2. Worked out in the 530 class. Worked up to 150# on the back squats and 145# in the RDLs. Probably could have done more with the back squats, but it was my first time in awhile working sets of 10s and I was just trying to gauge where I am at.

    Conditioning: 5 rounds + 7 thrusters @ 65#. Pretty happy with that. It will be the one and maybe only time I ever beat George on a workout!
