Strength:

Back Squat: Find a 10RM*
*Your 10RM will be roughly 75% of your 1RM)

Conditioning:

3 Rounds:

  • 10 Weighted Pistols RT Leg (35/18)
  • 10 Weighted Pistols LT Leg (35/18)
  • 15 Ring Dips
  • 15 TTB

Then, 50 Burpees
(15 minute cap)
