A1. Bench Press:

  • 3 @ 85%
  • 3+ @ 90%

A2. Supinated Bent Over Row (BB): 3×8

Conditioning (Practice):

5 Rounds:

  • 1 min KBS (70/53)
  • 1 min Rest

**At the end of 5 rounds, perform a 20 cal Bike/Row for every round you were unable to get 30 KBS
