Paleo Challenge Winter 2014

The Open is coming up fast, bikini season is right around the corner (ha!), and, most importantly, you’ve been asking for it, so it is time for us to get Paleo! At Hardware CrossFit we encourage the Paleo Diet because we see it as a great template for discovering what approach to eating brings you optimal health and performance.

The ‘Paleo’ part of Paleo Challenge means you’ll learn how to remove toxic foods from your diet, replace them with nutrient-dense awesomeness, and track your results while doing it. All amidst the support and encouragement that is your Hardware CrossFit community.

The ‘Challenge’ part of Paleo Challege means you get a chance to win cash money for getting leaner, faster and stronger. Plus competition makes everything more fun.

Facilitating this challenge is our very own nutrition coach: Shannon Sullivan. She’ll be fielding questions, posting recipes, pinching your fat, and leading the meetings. If you have questions or comments at any time, send her an email at shannon@bodieslearning.com.

COST 

$75 Entry Fee (goes to expenses and feeding the CASH PRIZE POT)

This challenge is open to non-members if you have friends or family who would like to participate.

Also, you can decide what dietary changes to commit to, so if you don’t want to follow Paleo 100%, but are curious to learn more about healthy eating and like the idea of support, accountability, and challenge — definitely sign up and compete.

HOW TO REGISTER

Next time you’re in the gym:

  1. Add your name and email to the sign-up sheet on the board
  2. If you’re opting for the upgrade bundle grab your copy of the book
  3. Sign up for a Body Fat Testing slot (10 minutes each)
  4. Add all the dates to your calendar
