  1. Which guides and/recipes are best for those that have limited cooking skills (otherwise don’t like to cook)?

    • Good question! It reminded me of another good resource – The Road Forager – videos for very basic cooking skills. Unfortunately the only way around cooking entirely is to have someone else cook for you (more on that later), but you can make paleo cooking very, very simple using the following process:

      1. Chop vegetables and slice meat (if you don’t want to chop vegetables, buy them frozen).
      2. Place in a pan and add a little liquid (water, coconut milk, stock.
      3. Sprinkle on some salt (also herbs or spices if you like).
      4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Check to see if it’s done to your liking, if not then simmer a little more.
      5. Remove from heat, add some fat (e.g. coconut oil or ghee), taste to see if you’d like some more salt.

Or, even simpler, throw some meat on the grill, make up a salad and you’re done. Also, anything involving a slow cooker or a blender – I’m putting together a couple of recipe posts that should suit you quite well. In the meantime, here’s a Robb Wolf post that you might find helpful.
