Group CrossFit Training
Highly qualified instructors coach all of our group classes. We strive to maintain a 15 to 1 athlete to instructor ratio. Our workouts are highly effective and are designed to get you results in the shortest time possible.
Olympic Lifting Training
This class focuses on the technique and execution of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. The Olympic Lifting program at Hardware CrossFit was developed by head coach, Richard “George” Fairley, a national level competitor in the 94kg weight class (competition records: 138kg snatch, 166kg clean & jerk, 304kg competition total).

People of all fitness levels can make huge strides in the class setting: however, we understand everyone has their relative strengths, weaknesses, and goals that could be addressed faster in a one-on-one setting.
New to CrossFit? Want to brush up on your technique? Join us for our Foundations Classes! Foundations Classes meet every Thursday at 7:30PM and Saturday at 9:00AM. During Foundations we cover the correct form and technique of 2-3 basic CrossFit movements. Each class concludes with a short WOD that reinforces the techniques learned in the class.
